The Commission subsequently granted two extensions of time; the current deadline for completing the well testing is December 1, 2024.2 Currently, National Fuel has completed withdrawals from Well 7451 and does not intend to undertake further withdrawals from the well. National Fuel states that it needs additional time to complete its assessment of data gathered from well testing which includes analyses of associated modeling and other data gathered over the testing period. National Fuel requests an extension of time to December 1, 2025, to complete its assessment and finalize an application filing. This notice establishes a 15-calendar day intervention and comment period deadline. Any person wishing to comment on National Fuel’s request for an extension of time may do so.     Take notice that on November 19, 2024, National Fuel Gas Supply 
Corporation (National Fuel) requested that the Commission grant an 
extension of time, until December 1, 2025, to test Well 7451 located
