Public Participation
The BLM will hold one public
meeting regarding the Draft EIS in
McDermitt, Nevada. The specific date
and location of the meeting will be
announced at least 15 days in advance
through public notices, media releases,
and/or mailings to the BLM Vale
District’s interested public and
stakeholder mailing list.
The BLM will continue to consult
with Indian Tribal Nations on a
government-to-government basis in
accordance with Executive Order 13175,
BLM MS 1780, and other Departmental
policies. Tribal concerns, including
impacts on Indian trust assets and
potential impacts to cultural resources,
will be given due consideration.

Glycine From China, India, Japan, and
Thailand;
Determinations
On the basis of the record 1 developed
in the subject five-year reviews, the
United States International Trade
Commission (‘‘Commission’’)
determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’), that revocation of the
antidumping duty orders on glycine
from India, Japan, and Thailand, and the
countervailing duty orders on glycine
from China and India would be likely to
lead to continuation or recurrence of
material injury to an industry in the
United States within a reasonably
foreseeable time.
Background
The Commission instituted these
reviews on May 1, 2024 (89 FR 35237)
and determined on August 5, 2024, that
it would conduct expedited reviews (89
FR 76507, September 18, 2024).
The Commission made these
determinations pursuant to section
751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). It
