information collection. This survey is
administered by the USAID Innovation,
Technology, and Research Hub’s
Technology Division. Responses to this
survey will be used to select the
winners of the 2025 Digital
Development Awards once the
application opens next year. The Digital
Development Awards recognize and
celebrate USAID-funded projects and
activities that harness the power of
digital technology to promote inclusive
growth.

The Northwest Forest Plan
Advisory Committee will hold a public
meeting according to the details shown
below. The Committee is authorized
under the National Forest Management
Act (the Act) and operates in
compliance with the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA). The purpose of
the Committee is to provide advice and
pragmatic recommendations regarding
potential regional scale land
management planning approaches and
solutions within the Northwest Forest
Plan Area within the context of the 2012
planning rule.
DATES: An in-person and virtual meeting
will be held on December 10, 2024, 8:30
a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
(PST), December 11, 2024, 8:30 a.m.–
4:30 p.m. PST, and December 12, 2024,
8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST.
Written and Oral Comments: Anyone
wishing to provide in-person oral
comments must pre-register by 11:59
p.m. PST on December 2, 2024. Written
public comments will be accepted
through 11:59 p.m. PST on December 2,
2024. Comments submitted after this
date will be provided by the Forest
Service to the Committee, but the
