human remains described in this notice
and the Houlton Band of Maliseet
Indians; Mi’kmaq Nation (previously
listed as Aroostook Band of Micmacs);
Passamaquoddy Tribe; and the
Penobscot Nation.

Rowe’s wife donated the remains to the
Yale Peabody Museum in 1969.

review pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’) to determine whether
revocation of the antidumping duty
order on steel wire garment hangers
from China would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of material
injury within a reasonably foreseeable
time.
