(CIG), P.O. Box 1087, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80944, filed an application under section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and part 157 of the Commission’s regulations requesting authorization to abandon by sale to its affiliate, Hiland Crude LLC, approximately 100 miles of its 16-inchdiameter Powder River Lateral.
