Abstract of Proposed Collection The Request for Authentications Service is used to request authentications services from the Authentications Office of the U.S. Department of State in the United States. These services support individuals, commercial organizations, institutions, and Federal and State government agencies seeking to use certain documents abroad. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I

temporary display in the exhibition ``Wall Power! Modern French 
Tapestry from the Mobilier national, Paris'' at The Sterling and 
Francine Clark Art Institute, Williamstown, Massachusetts, and at 
possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of 
cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or 
display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national
