This notice proposes the following amendments. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Headquarters and Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office locations have been added as system locations. The following locations have been removed: Golden Field Office, Office of Naval Reactors, NNSA Nevada Site Office, Pittsburgh Naval Reactors, Schenectady Naval Reactors Office, and Office of Repository Development. The following addresses have been updated: John A. Gordon Albuquerque Complex, both Office of Science locations, Office of River Protection, Richland Operations Office, all National Energy Technology Laboratory locations, and Southwestern Power Administration. Language has been added to the ‘‘System Manager’’ section indicating the responsible parties at the Field offices.
