AGENCY: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A–108, notice is hereby given that the Office for Access to Justice (ATJ), a component within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ or Department), proposes to develop a new system of records to support the Civil Legal Empowerment, SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00101 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Access, and Reentry (CLEAR) Program. The system of records is the Civil Legal Empowerment, Access, and Reentry (CLEAR) Program Records System, JUSTICE/ATJ–001.
