SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 17, 2024, Commerce received timely submitted ministerial error allegations from the Coalition of American Millwork Producers (the petitioner) 1 with respect to the margin calculations for Jinquan/Baiyuan,2 one of the two mandatory respondents.3 No other parties submitted comments.
