Due Diligence.

(UDOT) for procurement and
installation of 16 suspended explosive
charge remote avalanche control
systems (RACS), which contain nondomestic iron and steel components,
along Mount Superior overlooking SR–
210 in Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah.
The waiver relates specifically to iron
and steel components that are part of
the tower, deployment box, and charges
of the RACS.

October 23, 2024.
