The Utah RAC is composed of 15
members in the following three
membership categories:
(1) Category One—Holders of Federal
grazing permits or leases within the area
for which the RAC is organized;
represent interests associated with
transportation or rights-of-way;
represent developed outdoor recreation,
off-highway vehicle users, or
commercial recreation activities;
represent the commercial timber
industry; or represent energy and
mineral development.
(2) Category Two—Representatives of
nationally or regionally recognized
environmental organizations; dispersed
recreational activities; archaeological
and historical interests; or nationally or
regionally recognized wild horse and
burro interest groups.
(3) Category Three—Hold State,
county, or local elected office; are
employed by a State agency responsible
for the management of natural
resources, land, or water; represent
Indian Tribes within or adjacent to the
area for which the RAC is organized; are
employed as academicians in natural
resource management or the natural
sciences; or represent the affected
public at large.

a potential member. Nominees are
strongly encouraged to include
supporting letters from employers,
associations, professional organizations,

for the nominee. Please indicate any
BLM permits, leases, or licenses that
you hold personally or are held by your
employer. Nominations for potential
members for the Utah RAC must include
a completed application (OMB Control
No. 1004–0204) available at https://
www.blm.gov/sites/default/files/docs/

from the represented interests or
organizations; and any other
information that speaks to the

notice that it will proceed with full
reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 to determine whether revocation of
the countervailing duty order on steel
propane cylinders from China and the
antidumping duty orders on steel
propane cylinders from China and
Thailand would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of material
injury within a reasonably foreseeable
time. A schedule for the reviews will be
established and announced at a later
date.

October 4, 2024, the Commission
determined that it should proceed to
full reviews in the subject five-year
reviews pursuant to section 751(c) of the
Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)).
The Commission found that both the
domestic interested party group
response and the respondent interested
party group response from Thailand to
its notice of institution (89 FR 54531,
July 1, 2024) were adequate, and
determined to conduct full reviews of
the orders on imports from Thailand.
The Commission also found that the
respondent interested party group
response from China was inadequate but
determined to conduct full reviews of
the orders on imports from China in
order to promote administrative
efficiency in light of its determination to
conduct a full review of the order with
respect to Thailand. A record of the
Commissioners’ votes will be available
