The time per response is 15 minutes. CIV estimates that 114 respondents will take three minutes to complete the form. 6. An estimate of the total annual burden (in hours) associated with the collection: CJIS estimates 312.5 hours (50 × 15min/60 = 12.5 hours). There is an additional 300 hours of outreach. 7.
