(‘‘the Act’’), Petroleum Environmental Research Forum (‘‘PERF’’) filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership.     Notice is hereby given that, on September 18, 2024, pursuant to
