2024, Entergy Services LLC on behalf of

Resources, as well as on behalf of itself
(Applicants) submitted a waiver request
to the Chief Accountant of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission
(Commission or FERC) related to
Account 165, Prepayments, of the
Commission’s Uniform System of
Accounts, to allow Applicants to apply
a $100,000 materiality threshold for
recording prepayments on its balance
sheet. Applicants requests that this
waiver is applied prospectively, for a
