AGENCY:
The Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA or Agency) is announcing
the availability of EPA’s progress report
in meeting its performance measures
and goals for pesticide reregistration
during fiscal years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
This progress report also presents the
total number of products registered
under the ‘‘fast-track’’ provisions of the
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
DATES: Submit comments on or before
December 2, 2024.

SUMMARY:
I. Does this action apply to me?
This action is directed to the public
in general and may be of interest to a
wide range of stakeholders including
environmental, farm worker, and
agricultural advocates; the chemical
industry; pesticide users; and members
of the public interested in the
integration of tolerance reassessment
with the reregistration process, and the
status of various regulatory activities
associated with reregistration and
tolerance reassessment. Given the broad
interest, the Agency has not attempted
to identify all the specific entities that
may be interested in this action.

taken into consideration in the event
that EPA determines that further action
is warranted. EPA does not expect this
report to lead to any particular action,
