III. Date of Effectiveness of the
Proposed Rule Change and Timing for
Commission Action
The foregoing rule change has become
effective pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A)
of the Act 35 and paragraph (f) of Rule
19b–4 36 thereunder. At any time within
60 days of the filing of the proposed rule
change, the Commission summarily may
temporarily suspend such rule change if
it appears to the Commission that such
action is necessary or appropriate in the
public interest, for the protection of
investors, or otherwise in furtherance of
the purposes of the Act. If the
Commission takes such action, the
Commission will institute proceedings
to determine whether the proposed rule
change should be approved or
disapproved.
IV. Solicitation of Comments
Interested persons are invited to
submit written data, views and
arguments concerning the foregoing,
including whether the proposed rule
change is consistent with the Act.

gave interested persons an opportunity
to request a hearing and stated that an
order or orders cancelling the
registration would be issued unless a
hearing was ordered. No request for a
hearing has been filed by any persons
(including registrant), and the
Commission has not ordered a hearing.
Pursuant to Section 15B(c)(3) of the
Act, the Commission has found that
registrant is no longer in existence or
has ceased to do business as a
municipal advisor.

amended, this notice announces a new
matching program with the Department
of Labor (DOL). Under this matching
program, DOL will disclose the DOLadministered Part C Black Lung (BL)
benefit data to SSA. SSA will match
DOL’s Part C BL data with SSA’s
records of persons receiving Social
Security disability benefits to verify that
Part C BL beneficiaries are receiving the
correct amount of Social Security
disability benefits.
