Boss Laser LLC submitted a
notification of proposed production
activity to the FTZ Board (the Board) for
its facility in Sanford, Florida, within
FTZ 250. The notification conforming to
the requirements of the Board’s
regulations (15 CFR 400.22) was
received on September 4, 2024.
Pursuant to 15 CFR 400.14(b), FTZ
production activity would be limited to
the specific foreign-status material(s)/
component(s) and specific finished
product(s) described in the submitted
notification (summarized below) and
subsequently authorized by the Board.
The benefits that may stem from
conducting production activity under
FTZ procedures are explained in the
background section of the Board’s

The proposed finished products

From Canada: Notice of Final Results
of Antidumping Duty Changed
Circumstances Review

SUMMARY: On July 15, 2024, the U.S.
Department of Commerce (Commerce)
published the preliminary results of the
changed circumstances review (CCR) of
the antidumping duty (AD) order on
certain softwood lumber from Canada.
For these final results, Commerce
continues to find that TRAPA Forest
Products Ltd. (TRAPA) is the successorin-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd.
(Trans-Pacific).

AGENCY:
Background
On July 15, 2024, Commerce
published the preliminary results of this
expedited CCR, determining that
TRAPA is the successor-in-interest to
Trans-Pacific for purposes of
determining AD cash deposits and
liabilities, and provided all interested
parties with an opportunity to
comment.1 No interested party
submitted comments on the Preliminary
Results. Accordingly, the final results
remain unchanged from the Preliminary
Results.
Scope of the Order
The merchandise subject to the order
is certain softwood lumber.2 The
product is currently classified under the
following Harmonized Tariff Schedule
