inform its Strategic Plan to Advance
Environmental Justice (Strategy).
Commerce is seeking input from the
public, especially people and
communities with environmental justice
concerns who are potentially affected by

planning, regulatory actions,
implementation, permitting,

on or before October 18, 2024 and must

will consider all comments submitted
by the deadline.
