SUMMARY: The Postal Service is amending Mailing Standards of the United 
States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) to revise the 
requirements for using optional endorsement lines or carrier route 
information lines on USPS Marketing Mail carrier route letters.

DATES: Effective: January 19, 2025.
