notice of revised procedural schedule
for preparing a draft and final EIS.
By this notice, Commission staff is
updating the procedural schedule for
completing the draft EIS. The revised

The conference will be held via
teleconference beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Eastern Daylight Time. Discussion

will be no transcript of the conference,
but a summary of the meeting will be
