Description of Request: The licensee requests a temporary reduction in minimum instream flows in the Rock Creek and Cresta reaches of the North Fork Feather River to facilitate a dive inspection of the spillway plunge pools and toes of both dams. Beginning October 1, 2024 and ending on October 5, 2024, minimum instream flows would be reduced from 390 cubic feet per second (cfs) in the Rock Creek Reach and from 200 cfs in the Cresta Reach, during a ‘normal’ water year type, to 100 cfs in both reaches. All increases or decreases in flows would occur following previously approved ramping rates under the project license. l.
