HUD recognizes that its clients conducting ongoing program activities in pre-1978 housing covered by the Lead Safe Housing Rule would need time to incorporate any revised EBLL threshold level requirements related to responding to cases of children with EBLLs into their programs. As a result, HUD is considering setting a compliance date of 6 months after any revision to the EBLL threshold for requiring environmental intervention and related activities. FPPS allows for immediate updates and edits of personnel and payroll data. IAF has contracted with DOI IBC for human resource services including the use of FPPS.
