As required by 25 CFR 293.4, all compacts and amendments are subject to review and approval by the Secretary. The Amendment authorizes Class III card games in addition to blackjack, adds definitions, regulatory standards for Class III card games, background investigations, and provisions for enforcement and dispute resolution.
