(7) Presentation of New Task—Task Statement 24–X4, Mariner Credentialing Program (MCP) Transformation. Following presentation of the new task, the Committee will request public feedback, deliberate on any questions raised, and then vote on acceptance of the task. (8) U.S. Coast Guard Presentations. (9) Subcommittee Briefings (six). The Subcommittee Chairs for the six subcommittees listed below will brief the Committee on the status of their work on their assigned Task Statement. Homeland Security (DHS).

ACTION: General notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and 
Border Protection (CBP) will be submitting the following information 
collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for 
emergency review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork 
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). CBP is requesting OMB approve this 
emergency revision by Friday, August 23, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Individuals on the Land Border

    Abstract: The emergency clearance requested will allow CBP to make 
certain changes to this information collection, allow the Government of
