EPA is proposing that this action is approvable because it is consistent with the EPA’s Emission Guidelines for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills and is a SIP strengthening measure. This SIP revision consists of Delaware’s amendments to its ambient air quality standards for ground level ozone, amendments to citations to the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) dates for all ambient air quality standards in Delaware’s regulations, and Delaware’s amendment removing the sulfur dioxide (SO2) 24-hour and annual primary standards that have been revoked by EPA.
