SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that the BLM will issue an appealable decision to Doyon, Limited. The decision approves conveyance of the surface and subsurface estates in certain lands pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.), as amended. A portion of the lands are located within the Koyukuk National Wildlife Refuge and the Central Yukon River Valley, in the following townships, and aggregate 169.97 acres: T. 16 N., R. 26 W., Fairbanks Meridian; T. 7 N., R. 16 E., Kateel River Meridian (KRM); T. 6 S., R. 21 E., KRM; T. 6 S., R. 22 E., KRM; T. 6 S., R. 23 E., KRM; T. 13 N., R. 24 E., KRM; T. 12 N., R. 26 E., KRM; T. 22 N., R. 60 W., Seward Meridian.
