Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc.; Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; License Amendment Application
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-2 and NPF-8, issued to Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC, the licensee), for operation of the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, (Farley) Units 1 and 2. The requested amendment would revise the operating license, Appendix A, Technical Specification (TS) 3.6.5, "Containment Air Temperature," actions upon exceeding the containment average air temperature limit of 120 degrees Fahrenheit ([deg]F) and remove an expired Note provision. Specifically, the proposed amendment would revise TS 3.6.5 Required Actions and Completion Time A.1, add Required Actions and Completion Times A.2 and A.3, as well as remove an expired Note in TS 3.6.5 Limiting Conditions for Operation. For this amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that it involves no significant hazards consideration. Because this amendment request contains sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI), an order imposes procedures to obtain access to SUNSI for contention preparation.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Information Collection Renewal; Submission for OMB Review; Fair Credit Reporting: Affiliate Marketing
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). In accordance with the requirements of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning the renewal of its information collection titled, "Fair Credit Reporting: Affiliate Marketing." The OCC also is giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.

(Sucroal) did not sell citric acid and certain citrate salts (citric acid) from Colombia at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Announcement of the Availability of Community Facilities Program Disaster Grants
The Rural Housing Service (RHS or Agency), a Rural Development (RD) mission area of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), announces the availability of up to $38 million in grant funding through its Community Facilities Program (CF) to repair essential community facilities damaged by Presidentially Declared Disasters in Calendar Year (CY) 2022 or to repair or replace essential community facilities damaged by Presidentially Declared Disasters in CY 2023 and Other Disasters in CY 2023, to remain available until expended. RHS may at its discretion, increase the total level of funding available from any available source provided the awards meet the requirements of the statute which made the funding available to the Agency. This Notice supersedes the prior Disaster Grant Notice published in the Federal Register on July 20, 2023.
