Adjustments were necessary for the number of respondents and number of responses as the previous collection did not capture the correct information. This revision captures the correct information. L. 103–322, 42 U.S.C. 13925 et seq.). In doing so, VAWA 2013 expanded the VAWA protections that applied to HUD’s Section 8 and Public Housing programs and widened the range of HUD’s housing programs that are subject to VAWA protections.
