Gristede’s Foods NY, Inc., Civil Action No. 24 Civ. 4981. The United States filed this lawsuit seeking injunctive relief and civil penalties for violations of the Clean Air Act against defendant Gristede’s Foods NY, Inc. (‘‘Gristedes’’) for violations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (‘‘EPA’’) Recycling and Emissions Reduction Rule, 40 CFR part 82, subpart F, for failing to take actions necessary to monitor, prevent, leak, and record refrigerant emissions. The consent decree requires Gristedes to implement a new Refrigerant Compliance Management Plan; to PO 00000 Frm 00074 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 I instantaneously available for public view on https://www.regulations.gov.
