ACTION: Notice of limitation on claims for judicial review of actions by TxDOT and Federal agencies. AGENCY: This notice announces actions taken by TxDOT and Federal agencies that are final. ACTION: Notice of request to release Airport Development Aid Program 
(ADAP) and Airport Improvement Program (AIP) property.

SUMMARY: Notice is being given that the FAA is considering a request 
from the Port of Seattle, Washington to waive the ADAP and AIP property 
requirements and dispose of 4 parcels totaling approximately 1.2 acres 
of airport property located at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, in 
Seattle, Washington.

DATES: Comments are due within 30 days of the date of the publication
