In the direct final rule, the NRC stated that if no significant adverse comments were received, the direct final rule would become effective on July 15, 2024. The EASA AD advises of a report where a TR pedal control was blocked during flight. Subsequent investigation found interference between the cable tie head of the TR actuator harness and the pin fastener of the tail gearbox cowling.
