Commission approval to remove the
Millinocket Lake Storage Dam
Development, including the storage dam
and associated lands and facilities, from
the license for the Aroostook River
Hydroelectric Project No. 2367, which
otherwise consists of the Caribou
Development. The licensee does not
plan to make any physical changes to
the project. The Commission is
reviewing the Millinocket Lake Storage
Dam Development to determine whether
it is subject to the Commission’s
mandatory licensing jurisdiction under
section 23 of the Federal Power Act
(FPA).
