Cash Deposit Requirements
The following cash deposit
requirements will be effective upon
publication in the Federal Register, of
the notice of final results of
administrative review for all shipments
of the subject merchandise entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption on or after the date of
publication, as provided by section
751(a)(2)(C) of the Act: (1) the cash
deposit rate for the companies subject to
this review will be equal to the
weighted-average dumping margins
established in the final results of this
review; (2) for merchandise exported by
producers or exporters not covered in
this review but covered in a prior
completed segment of the proceeding,
the cash deposit rate will continue to be
the company-specific rate published in
the completed segment for the most
recent period; (3) if the exporter is not
a firm covered in this review, a prior
review, or the original LTFV
investigation, but the producer has been
covered in a prior completed segment of
this proceeding, then the cash deposit
rate will be the rate established in the
completed segment for the most recent
period for the producer of the
merchandise; and (4) the cash deposit
rate for all other producers or exporters
will continue to be 6.08 percent ad
valorem, the all-others rate established
in the LTFV investigation.10 These cash
deposit requirements, when imposed,
shall remain in effect until further
notice.

Assessment Peer Review is a formal
scientific peer-review process for
evaluating and presenting stock
assessment results to managers for fish
stocks in the offshore U.S. waters of the
northwest Atlantic. Assessments are
prepared by the management track
working groups and reviewed by an
independent panel of stock assessment
experts. The public is invited to attend
the presentations and discussions
between the review panel and the
scientists who have participated in the
stock assessment process.

hold a virtual public meeting to solicit
input on the performance evaluation of
the California Coastal Management
Program. NOAA also invites the public
to submit written comments.
DATES: NOAA will hold a virtual public
meeting on Wednesday, August 28,
2024, at 12 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time
(PDT). NOAA may close the meeting 15
minutes after the conclusion of public
testimony and after responding to any
clarifying questions from hearing

comments, and consulting with
interested Federal, State, and local
agencies and members of the public.
