(1) In accordance with the general regulations in § 165.23 of this part, entry into the temporary safety zones described in paragraph (a) of this section is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Corpus Christi (COTP) or a designated representative. ACTION: Correcting amendment.

Federal Register on May 30, 2024, to correct the prescription for a 
clause regarding the acquisition of certain satellite components.

225.7004-7, paragraph (d), should specify use of the clause at 252.225-
7064, Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Satellite Components, in 
solicitations and contracts for the acquisition of star trackers for 
certain satellites.
