These rule changes resulted in modified information collection requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) that required OMB approval. The Commission also announces that compliance with the rules is now required. This document is consistent with the 2022 Second Report and Order, which states the Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing a compliance date for the rule section and revise the rule accordingly.
