without MCC), MS-DRG 447 (Multiple Level Spinal Fusion Except Cervical 
with MCC) and MS-DRG 448 (Multiple Level Spinal Fusion Except Cervical 
without MCC). In addition, as discussed in section II.C.6.b. of this 
proposed rule, if finalized, we would use the revised titles for 
existing MS-DRGs 459 and 460, ``Single Level Spinal Fusion Except
