On May 20, 2024, the Commission

determine whether Eagle Point Power
Generation LLC’s Rate Schedule is
unjust, unreasonable, unduly
discriminatory or preferential, or
otherwise unlawful. Eagle Point Power

The refund effective date in Docket
No. EL24–109–000, established
pursuant to section 206(b) of the FPA,
