Midscale Trains 8 & 9 Project
This notice identifies the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission staff’s
revised schedule for the completion of
the environmental assessment (EA) for
Corpus Christi Liquefaction, LLC’s and
CCL Midscale 8–9, LLC’s (collectively
referred to as, CCL) Corpus Christi
Liquefaction Midscale Trains 8 & 9
Project. The first notice of schedule,
issued on November 3, 2023, identified
March 15, 2024 as the EA issuance date.
However, staff identified additional
information needs in response to CCL’s
full impact air dispersion analysis for
criteria air pollutants filed on March 5,
2024, which resulted in a schedule
delay for the issuance of the EA. CCL
responded to our information requests
on March 19, March 27, and April 24,
2024, providing the information needed
to complete our analysis. As a result,
staff has revised the schedule for
issuance of the EA.
