Pursuant
to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, the National
Women’s Business Council (NWBC)
announces its second public meeting of
Fiscal Year 2024. The 1988 Women’s
Business Ownership Act established
NWBC to serve as an independent
source of advice and policy
recommendations to the President,
Congress, and the Administrator of the
U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA) on issues of importance to
women entrepreneurs.
This meeting will allow the Council
to hear from subject matter experts on
issues related to women’s
entrepreneurship. It will also allow the
three subcommittees to provide updates
to the full Council.

Sanctions Actions Pursuant to the
Executive Order Regarding Blocking
Property With Respect to Specified
Persons Undermining the Peace and
Stability in the West Bank
The Department of State is
publishing the names of one or more
persons that have been placed on the
Department of Treasury’s List of
Specially Designated Nationals and
Blocked Persons (SDN List)
administered by the Office of Foreign
Asset Control (OFAC) based on the
Department of State’s determination, in
consultation with other departments, as
appropriate, that one or more applicable
legal criteria of the Executive Order
regarding blocking property with
respect to specified persons
undermining the peace and stability in
the West Bank were satisfied. All
property and interests in property
subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these
persons are blocked, and U.S. persons
are generally prohibited from engaging
in transactions with them.
