Purpose The Exchange proposes to amend its fee schedule at Equity 7, Section 3 to adopt a Market Data Revenue (‘‘MDR’’) Rebate program for Nasdaq PSX.3 In sum, the proposed MDR Rebate program calls for 40% of MDR that exceeds fixed thresholds in any one of two pools (‘‘Excess MDR’’) to be shared with PSX Participants in proportion to their respective eligible quoting activity in Tape A and C securities, as described further below. The proposed MDR Rebate program is designed to improve displayed liquidity and promote order flow to the Exchange by offering an incentive for market participants to quote on the Exchange.
