SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review on PO 00000 Frm 00026 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 December 26, 2023.1 For a complete description of the events that occurred since Commerce published the Preliminary Results, see the Issues and Decision Memorandum.2 Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope of the Order 3 The product covered by the Order is wood flooring from China. A full description of the scope of the Order is contained in the Issues and Decision Memorandum. Analysis of Comments Received All issues raised in the parties’ case and rebuttal briefs are addressed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum. A list of these issues is included as Appendix I to this notice.
