collection. However, USPTO estimates
that the total annual (non-hour) cost
burden for this information collection,
in the form of postage is $508.
Postage Costs: In limited
circumstances, applicants may be
permitted to submit the information in
paper form by mail, fax, or hand
delivery. Applicants and registrants
incur postage costs when submitting
information to the USPTO by mail
through the United States Postal
Service. The USPTO estimates that 50 of
the items in this information collection
will submitted via mail. The USPTO
estimates that the average postage cost

has been determined to be essential to
conduct business of the Department of
Energy’s and to be the in the public

performance of duties imposed upon the
Department of Energy, by law and
agreement. The Committee will
continue to operate in accordance with
the provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, the rules and
regulations in implementation of that
Act.
