Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management’s (BLM) John DaySnake Resource Advisory Council (RAC)
will meet as follows.
DATES: The John Day-Snake Resource
Advisory Council will meet Thursday,
June 6 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific
Time (PT) and participate in a field tour
Friday, June 7, 2024, to the National
Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive
Center from 9 a.m. to noon PT. The
meeting will be held, and the field tour
will commence and conclude, at the
BLM Baker Field Office, 3100 H St.,

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The 15member RAC was chartered, and
members appointed, by the Secretary of
the Interior. Its diverse perspectives are
represented in commodity, noncommodity, and local area interests. The
RAC provides advice to BLM and, as
needed, to U.S. Forest Service resource
managers regarding management plans
and proposed resource actions on public
land in the John Day-Snake area. The
meeting is open to the public in its
entirety. Information to be distributed to
the RAC must be provided to its
members prior to the start of each
meeting.
June 6 agenda items include
management of energy and minerals,
timber, rangeland and grazing,
commercial and dispersed recreation,
wildland fire and fuels, wild horses and
burro management, and agency updates
from the Vale and Prineville BLM
Districts and the Wallowa-Whitman,
Umatilla, Malheur, Ochoco, and
Deschutes National Forests; and any
other business that may reasonably
come before the RAC. The Designated
Federal Officer will attend the meeting,
take minutes, and publish the minutes
on the RAC’s web page at https://
www.blm.gov/get-involved/resourceadvisory-council/near-you/oregonwashington/john-day-rac. Members of

notice of the scheduling of a full
reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’) to determine whether
revocation of the antidumping duty
orders countervailing duty orders on
steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar)
from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia,
Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine would be
likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury within a
reasonably foreseeable time. The
Commission has determined to exercise
its authority to extend the review period
by up to 90 days.

Background.—On February 5, 2024,
the Commission determined that
responses to its notice of institution of
the subject five-year reviews were such
that a full reviews should proceed (89
FR 13089, February 21, 2024);
accordingly, full reviews is being
scheduled pursuant to section 751(c)(5)
of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C.
1675(c)(5)). A record of the
Commissioners’ votes, the
Commission’s statement on adequacy,
and any individual Commissioner’s
statements are available from the Office
of the Secretary and at the
Commission’s website.
Participation in the review and public
service list.—Persons, including
industrial users of the subject
merchandise and, if the merchandise is
sold at the retail level, representative
consumer organizations, wishing to
participate in this review as parties
must file an entry of appearance with
the Secretary to the Commission, as
provided in section 201.11 of the
Commission’s rules, by 45 days after
