Clad Steel Plate From Japan
Determination
On the basis of the record 1 developed
in the subject five-year review, the
United States International Trade
Commission (‘‘Commission’’)
determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of
1930 (‘‘the Act’’), that revocation of the
antidumping duty order on clad steel
plate from Japan would be likely to lead
to continuation or recurrence of material
injury to an industry in the United
States within a reasonably foreseeable
time.

Background
The Commission instituted this
review on November 1, 2023 (88 FR
75026) and determined on February 5,
2024 that it would conduct an expedited
review (89 FR 13375, February 22,
2024).
The Commission made this
determination pursuant to section
751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). It
completed and filed its determination in
this review on April 5, 2024. The views
of the Commission are contained in
USITC Publication 5502 (April 2024),
entitled Clad Steel Plate from Japan:
Investigation No. 731–TA–739 (Fifth
Review).

ACTION: Request for public comments.
AGENCY:
The Department of Labor
(DOL), as part of its continuing effort to
reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, conducts a pre-clearance
consultation program to provide the
general public and Federal agencies
with an opportunity to comment on
proposed collections of information, in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. This program
helps to ensure that requested data can
be provided in the desired format,
reporting burden (time and financial
resources) is minimized, collection
instruments are clearly understood, and
the impact of collection requirements on
respondents can be properly assessed.
The Mine Safety and Health
Administration (MSHA) is soliciting
comments on the information collection
for Testing, Evaluation, and Approval of
Mining Products, 30 CFR subchapter
B—parts 6 through 36.
