Garman presented the human remains and associated funerary objects to Alexander Agassiz, who donated them to the Peabody Museum that same month. No information is available regarding the manner or time period of interment. Cultural Affiliation Based on the information available and the results of consultation, cultural affiliation is clearly identified by the information available about the human remains and associated funerary objects described in this notice. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation, specifically: a limited exclusion order directed to certain liquid transfer devices with an integral vial adapter imported, sold for importation, and/or sold after importation by respondents Summit International Medical Technologies, Inc., Advcare Medical, Inc., and For Dragon Heart Medical, Inc.; and a cease and desist order directed to Summit International Medical Technologies, Inc. Parties are to file public interest submissions pursuant to 19 CFR 210.50(a)(4). The Commission is interested in further development of the record on the public interest in this investigation.
