NOAA Office of Law Enforcement
(OLE); Gulf States Marine Fisheries
Commission; U.S. Coast Guard; U.S.
Fish and Wildlife Service; and
Department of State.
The Council will discuss Other
Business items: Litigation Update and
Federal Charter Vessel ID Marking
Requirements.
