SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On
February 23, 2024, the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) published a
draft document titled, ‘‘Technical
Documentation for the Framework for
Evaluating Damages and Impacts
(FrEDI)’’ (EPA 430–R–24–001). The
public comment for this document was
scheduled to end on March 25, 2024.
The EPA is extending that deadline to
April 24, 2024. This extension will
provide the general public additional
time for comment.

AGENCY:
The Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), Office of Research and
Development (ORD), gives notice of a
virtual meeting of the Board of
Scientific Counselors (BOSC) Executive
Committee (EC) to review and finalize
the report from the Climate Change (CC)
and the Social and Community Science
(SCS) Subcommittees. The report
responds to three charge questions
posed to the Subcommittees at the
BOSC informational meetings held in
June 2023, which pertain to ORD’s
progress in the areas of social science
research, climate science, and
interdisciplinary place-based,
community-engaged research.

a.m. to 2 p.m. All times noted are
Eastern Time and approximate. The
