(Southern Star), 4700 State Route 56, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301, filed an application under sections 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and Part 157 of the Commission’s regulations requesting authorization to abandon by sale to Spire Missouri, Inc., 453 domestic meters in the State of Missouri. Southern Star states that there will be no change to its certificated capacity as a result of this project, and that the project will have no impact on any firm shippers, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open for public inspection.
