Development, which includes replacing
the turbine runners on all units and
replacing generators for Units 3 and 4.

capacity. The upgrade is scheduled to
begin in 2025, with a unit upgrade
starting at the beginning of each year in
2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028, pending
approval of the amendment application.
The applicant states that the proposal

continue to operate under the terms of
its current license and applicable Water

performed inside the powerhouse, there
would be no ground disturbance, and
work areas associated with the proposed
action are located on previously
disturbed land.
