Employment Navigators will assist transitioning service members to get placed on a best-fit pathway for his/ her desired career. In order to create return on investment metrics, data must be collected on the services provided by Employment Navigators, and employment-based outcomes that follow. Data is expected to be collected directly from Employment Navigators assisting transitioning service members, as well as any DOL-approved service partners who also provided jobassistance services to the service members.
